THRIVE stands for Total Health Rich In Vitality and Energy. It is a Community Mental Health Program managed by Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) piloted by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and funded by the Ministry of Health (MOH). The THRIVE partnership program is part of the MOH Community Mental Health (CMH) Masterplan.

As the public hospital serving the north of Singapore, KTPH aims to improve healthcare for the residents of the north.THRIVE was set up in August 2012 and is part of an integrated model of mental health care that integrates clinical care with counselling and education.

THRIVE also aims to provide the community with easy access to information and services for their mental healthcare needs from the mildly distressed to the severely ill. Through the partnership program, THRIVE networks with various agencies that come in contact with people with mental health problems to better help the ill and their families. THRIVE also helps service partners to build their capabilities and skills by providing training and networking opportunities for cross-disciplinary learning and networking. Through this model of care, THRIVE accomplishes its mission to help patients get the right kind of care as well as facilitate their effective management and recovery in their community.
